Wayne Carroll, Knight of the Month Aug. 2025

Council 1214 is proud to honor our retiring Chainsaw Ministry Committee Chairman, Wayne Carroll, after serving 12 years helping the Abbey of Walburga, 10 years as the Chairman for the St Joseph Parish Picnic, 3 years heading the Golf Tournament and 3 years helping to feed the hungry. Wayne made his First Degree in April 1996, his Third Degree in November that same year and he is a 4th Degree Sir Knight. Wayne helped with Lenten Fish Fry Dinners, Pancake Breakfasts and is highly respected by all who have served with him as a Knight. All of us at Council 1214 wish you well and we give a special thanks to you Wayne for your outstanding Knights service! Vivat Jesus!

Membership Update! Brand New Knights of Columbus - August 2025

Council 1214 is proud to welcome our newest Knights! Jason Bermudez and Killian O'Hare joined our Council on August 12, 2025 and received their 3rd Degree pins by their fathers. They then went off to college at the South Dakota School of Mines. We welcome these young men to the Knights! Vivat Jesus!

Habemus Papam!

With great joy, we welcome Pope Leo XIV as the new Supreme Pontiff of the Catholic Church. The Knights of Columbus unite in prayer for our Holy Father, asking the Lord to strengthen him as he shepherds the people of God with wisdom, compassion, and courage. May Mary, Mother of the Church, intercede for Pope Leo XIV always. Vivat Jesus!

Youth Group Pancake Breakfast @ Meredith Hall - Sunday May 4, 2025

Parishioners enjoyed assorted pancakes, sausages, and refreshments prepared by Council 1214 Knights after the 7:30 & 9:30 Masses

Sincere thanks to all the volunteers from the Parish Youth Group, the Brother Knights and the community who helped to make this a great event! Also, special thanks to all the participants who generously donated to support the St. Joseph Parish Youth's Mission Trip this summer!

Lenten Fish Fry Dinners - Friday April 4 & 11, 2025

Participants really enjoyed fried fish, french fries, mac & cheese, cole slaw, rolls, cookies and refreshments! A good time was had by all at two Lenten Fish Fry Dinners on 4/4 & 4/11, provided by Council 1214 during Lent this year!

Special thanks to all the Brother Knights who volunteered to help make these great events! And special thanks to all the participants who generously donated for Marisol Family St. Joseph, Ft. Collins.
